  • 1 cup raisins or other dehydrated fruits (dried cranberries, goji berries, boneless plums, bananas, apricots, apples, etc.) (150 g)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (80 g)
  • 1 cup pure honey (336 g)
  • Droplets or chips of dark chocolate (to taste)
  • Extract vanilla, cinnamon or ginger powder (optional)

Preparation
