How to Make Gluten Free and Lactose Free Crackers

Preparation

The great advantage of this recipe is that we will not have to knead. So,  we can do everything in the blender vessel, since the mass is quite liquid.

  • First, we will put the eggs in the blender and beat them well.
  • Add the oil, salt, spices and water.
  • Apart, in a bowl, mix well the three flours and incorporate the rest of ingredients.
  • We can add a part of the seeds to the dough, or leave them all to the surface of the crackers .
