1. Cooking with wrong recipients

2. Peel food improperly

3. Light the fire early

We all know that it is best to put the pan on the fire before pouring the oil. However, another of the mistakes we always make in the kitchen is waiting too long.

4. Do not use the right knife for each task

Traditionally, the same knife has been used, but this is a bug that you must correct. Nowadays we have at our disposal sets of good quality knives at a reasonable price.

  • Use the chef’s knife to cut and chop vegetables, meat or fish.

5. Do not wait for the food to cool to put it in the refrigerator

6. Do not test food to see if they are in good condition

We always commit this mistake in the kitchen, even though it is one of the most dangerous: a quantity of food in poor condition can cause problems , such as gastroenteritis.

7. Do other tasks at once

The fact that we make this mistake in the kitchen, besides constituting a risk, will also negatively affect our recipes because we can pass, burn or spoil.

8. Put oil during the cooking of the pasta

Our mothers have always told us that olive oil adds softness to the paste. However, because of density, this step is completely useless , since, as the saying goes, water and oil do not mix.

In case you want to enrich the cooking of the pasta, you can use butter or other condiments that do melt with water.

9. Rub the cutlery with detergent to eliminate the smell of garlic

We agree that the smell of garlic is unpleasant. As if this were not enough, if the kitchen tools are impregnated with it, it also interferes with the taste of what we cook.
