Sometimes, the best way to find oneself is to get lost , to get rid of certain bonds, asphyxiating environments and pressures that bind us to stress and anxiety.

Losing ourselves is not synonymous with getting away from our vital course. Absolutely. It is more about meeting with him because we had lost him, because we had neglected.
