To make it a reality, you’ll need 16 servings of extra-fine chocolate, 200 grams of butter, 200 grams of walnuts, 200 grams of soletilla biscuits along with eight tablespoons of sugar. Once we have everything prepared, we will do the following:

  • We melted the chocolate to the water bath. Then add the eight tablespoons of sugar and remove everything slowly and with a good handwriting.
  • We mix the butter with more sugar . Until you get a creamy paste. After this we will introduce the nuts and the biscuits well chopped. We put everything together into melted chocolate.
  • We’ll put it all in a mold . To finally put it in the refrigerator where we leave it a couple of hours until it solidifies enough.

What would become of us without our beloved nuts? Well now we are going to present a recipe that is based on this ingredient that will give our nougat a crispest texture. Go aiming the same chocolate as before, butter, sugar and 50 grams of any dried fruit such as hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds or pistachios (which are sufficiently toasted). Have you signed everything? Well now ‘nougat’:

  • We melted as before the chocolate to the water bath. Then it will be necessary to add the sugar and butter to our taste.
  • We split all the nuts . You can also leave them whole but we remind you to cut them in half so that they can eat better. Then mix them with the melted chocolate.

Although first of all, you will need 200 grams of chocolate, 50 ml of baileys, liquid cream to ride, sugar and butter:

  • We melted as always the chocolate to the water bath. We add a little sugar to our liking.
  • Let’s cook the cream with the baileys . All over a low heat so that it does not evaporate completely. Then add the butter together with the molten chocolate.

Pour everything into a mold. Finally we will put all the mixture in the refrigerator until it solidifies well.

Another traditional chocolate nougat recipe to make at home

  • 16 servings of extra-fine chocolate.
  • 250 g. of butter.
  • 200 g. of walnuts.
  • 250 g. of biscuits of soletilla.
  • 8 spoonfuls of sugar.

Steps to follow to cook the chocolate nougat

First we must melt the chocolate to the water bath, with about 6 tablespoons of water.

Meanwhile we will work the butter with the sugar until it has a creamy consistencyand we will add the chocolate, the nuts in piecesand the crumbled cakes.

We will mix it well and put it in a mold of plum-cake, previously greased with butter.

Of course, for consistency, we must leave it in the refrigerator until the right moment to serve it.
