By consuming few nutrients, fatigue, lack of reflexes, poor ability to concentrate and irritability become a reality.

  • The ideal is to eat every four hours and not skip meals.
  • It is important to take lunch off the desk to clear yourself.
  • Avoid junk food and high fat.
  • Increases intake of foods rich in protein and fiber.
