Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup of water

Preparing the infusion of thyme, honey and lemon:

  1. Boil the equivalent of a cup of water in a saucepan.
  2. Meanwhile, cut a lemon in half and squeeze one of them to get your juice.
  3. When the water boils, add the thyme and boil for 5 minutes.
  4. After this time, turn off the heat, cover and let stand for 3 minutes.
  5. Finally strain it, sweeten it with a teaspoon of honey and drink.

When to take it:
