  • 4 tablespoons of cane sugar (40 g)

Utensils

  • Juice extractor
  • Cooking pot
  • Wooden spoon
  • Molds for candy or gums

Preparation

  • Extract the mandarin juice and reserve.
  • Add the elderflower in a pot with half a cup of boiling waterand let it rest for 10 minutes.
