Adversity has many forms. So many that sometimes it is not enough to have the best support or have read multiple self-help books.

The moments of darkness require, first and foremost, an adequate internal preparation in which to put into practice their own resources, resilience and good emotional management. 

Although many times you have heard that “difficulties prepare ordinary people to find extraordinary destinations , reality tells us that many times all we seek is simply “to feel good, to feel a little better.”

Life will bring you these extraordinary destinies in due time, but when you feel faint, when you embrace the moments of difficulty, do not hesitate to tell yourself these phrases.

The emotional release is essential to pass a duel, to assume a failure, an error, a difficulty. Never hold back or be ashamed of feeling downhearted and powerless.

If we focus our efforts on “things”, accumulate them or get them, we will lose the sense of what is authentic: our happiness, our integrity.

  • When times of difficulty come we must be prepared, and nothing better than cultivating our peace every day, strengthening self-esteem, self-concept.

Understanding, above all, that life flows, that life changes every moment. Whether we like it or not, we must be part of this vital movement.

To conclude, since none of us can predict at what point those complicated moments that we are always put to the test can happen, the essential thing is to set in motion the ever effective mechanisms of resilience.
