  • One teaspoon of dried rosemary.
  • A cup of water.
  • One teaspoon of rosemary honey, brown sugar or stevia.


Put the water in a saucepan and heat it to the fire. When it begins to boil add the teaspoon of Romero. We extinguished the fire, covered the infusion and let it rest for 10 minutes. We squeeze the infusion and when it is warm we can take it.

If we like the infusion with a sweet touch, sweeten it to taste. From this infusion we will drink a cup after the meal, when we notice the heavy or slow digestion. We can have one cup a day.

Some natural remedies with rosemary

Seat Bath with Rosemary for Hemorrhoids

Romero’s anti-inflammatory and bactericidal properties help us to improve in case of hemorrhoids. To prepare this sitz bath we will follow these instructions:


  • 6 teaspoons of rosemary.
  • Half a liter of water.

Preparation of the bath of seat:

We will make a decoction with rosemary. In a cauldron we put the water to heat together with the Romero. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and keep boiling for 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat, strain and let cool. Once cold, we can already apply the sitz bath. Keep the bath for about 5 minutes.

Dry the area well with a clean, soft towel. Make sitz baths 3 times a day.

Contraindications of Romero

The Romero used in doses advised by specialists in the field or by doctors is not toxic.
