Ingredients:

  • 4 cloves
  • 4 cardamom seeds
  • 4 grains of black pepper
  • 1 slice of ginger (fresh)
  • 1/4 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon black tea

Elaboration of yogi tea: 

  1. First place the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. When the water begins to boil add all the indicated species, reduce the heatand let simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. After this time turn off the fire, infuse the black tea, cover and leave in rest 3 minutes more.
  3. Then strain and serve in a cup to take it. 

If you wish you can add some sweetener that you like (like the panela or the honey), or also add some milk or your favorite vegetable drink.
