Try these delicious smoothies for six days and the seventh combines the ingredients to your liking.

Monday: white smoothie

The white milkshake is nutritious and has a slight spicy and tropical flavor . But, mainly, it gives us the following benefits:

Ingredients for two shakes

  • 5 tablespoons of raw almonds (50 g)
  • 10 teaspoons grated coconut (50 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger powder (10 g)
  • 2 glasses of water (400 ml)

Elaboration

  • We will soak the almonds throughout the night.
  • In the morning we will beat them together with the water, during at least two minutes, until we have obtained an almond milk. The fiber of the almond will be removed, but we can use it to make cookies or biscuits as if it were flour.
  • We will beat the strained drink together with the grated coconut and the ginger.
  • If we wish we can sweeten it with a little honey or agave syrup.

As an alternative we can buy the almond drink already made , so the recipe will be much faster.

Tuesday: red shake

This delicious and antioxidant red smoothie will surprise you with its many benefits:

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons of red fruits of our choice (50 g)
  • ½ pomegranate (only the seeds)
  • 1 ecological red apple with skin
  • 1 pinch of cayenne powder
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)

Elaboration

  • We will beat all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous texture.
  • We will strain it to avoid remaining fibers of the seeds.
  • The amount of cayenne will be very small, especially the first time, since it can be too spicy.

This shake is slightly acidic, so we can sweeten it a bit.
